Abstract:Highly Oriented TiO2Nanotube (NT) Arrays Were Fabricated by Anodizing Ti Foils. the Morphology of the NT Arrays Was Characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope. by Adjusting the Anodization Time, the Lengths and Diameters of TiO2NT Arrays Changed from 6.7 to 19.5 μm, and 90 to 110 Nm, Respectively. as Confirmed by X-Ray Diffraction and Raman Spectra, the as-Anodized TiO2NTs Were Amorphous but Transformed into Anatase Phase after Annealing at 450°C for 3 H. Reflectance Spectrum of TiO2NT Arrays Showed that NT… Show more
A facile Mars–van-Krevelen mechanism-based blackening (or enhancing the optical absorption in visible region) method of nano-sized white semiconducting oxides (N-WSOs) is presented for enhanced solar utilization via heating the N-WSOs with alcohols.

The interfacial charge transfer (CT) that plays an important role in enhancing the photoelectric conversion efficiency of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs) has not always been fully explored. Here, TiO2@N719@Ag DSSCs...
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
