Lightweight human activity recognition system for resource constrained environments

Abstract: As the elderly population in need of assisted living arrangements continues to grow, the imperative to ensure their safety is paramount. Though effective, traditional surveillance methods, notably RGB cameras, raise significant privacy concerns.
