Linear displacement and force characterisation of a 3D-printed flexure-based delta actuator

Abstract: Piezoelectric beams provide a fast, high-force and scalable actuation mechanism that could offer precise motion control to medical microdevices including invasive micromanipulators, catheters and diagnosis tools.
