Lipase-Entrapped Colloidosomes with Tunable Positioning at the Oil–Water Interface for Pickering Emulsion-Enhanced Biocatalysis

Abstract: Pickering interfacial biocatalysis (PIB) paves the way for efficient enzymatic catalysis in the biphasic system.
