Abstract:To assess the relationship between lipids and cognitive dysfunction, we retrospectively analyzed blood lipid levels in clinically well characterized individuals with stable mild cognitive impairment (MCI) or Alzheimer's disease (AD) over the decade prior to first cognitive symptoms.
