“…It represents the defects or disorder in the structure and helps in differentiating graphene from its derivatives. The G peak exemplifies the stretching of the in-plane C–C bonds, while the 2D peak is the overtone of the D peak. ,, A 514 nm argon-ion laser having a 1 μm 2 spot diameter and an output of 8 mW of power was used to study the Raman spectra of 3D 2 G employing a Renishaw inVia Raman spectroscopy instrument. Various random spots on the samples were probed, and the spectra were plotted using OriginPro 9.0.…”

“…Worse still, flake-like Li dendrites appear on the surface of PC after cycling, which are detrimental for the following Li nucleation and deposition (Figure S10, II). As for the Cu foil before activation, lots of flower-like Li dendrites aggregate on the surface after electrochemical cycling (Figure S11, I and II) . When the Li deposition amount reaches 0.8 mA h cm –2 (the bottom of the voltage dip), Li starts to plate on Co@NPC to form the Li nuclei (Figure b, III).…”

“…[148] Particularly, the high specific surface area derived from the high porosity of the current collector is helpful to decrease the local current density, while the nitrogen groups of the CNTs contribute to an improved affinity to lithium, allowing the homogeneous nucleation of lithium metal and simultaneously preventing the dramatic volume expansion during plating (instead, the dendrites tend to grow on a routine lithium foil (with no lithiophilic groups) of low specific surface area), as shown in Figure 16a. [148] In terms of the cathode side, a composite membrane of MWC-NTs and polyacrylic acid (in a core-shell structure) has been ap-plied as the upper current collector, functioning as both the current collector and the interlayer for LSBs. [149] Specifically, the conductive MWCNT scaffold facilitates the electronic transport throughout the framework, as illustrated by the lower resistance of the hybrid-connected cathode than that of an Al foil-based counterpart (as shown in Figure 16b,c).…”
