“…In fact, lithium chloride treatment increased the expression of the three markers of osteogenesis including OCN, a middle stage marker, OPN, a late stage marker and BSP, a marker of osteoblast differentiation (30). Previous studies have already revealed similar trends towards the increased expression of osteogenic/osteoblast markers in the presence of lithium chloride (16,20,(31)(32)(33).
