Local approximate 3D matching of proteins in viral cryo-EM density maps

Abstract: Abstract-Experimental structure analysis of biological molecules (e.g, proteins) or macromolecular complexes (e.g, viruses) can be used to generate three-dimensional density maps of these entities.
