“…Tintori (2018) argues about migration laws that accrue from a combination of ius sanguinis (right of blood or descent), ius soli (right of the soil or birth in the country), and ius domicilii (right of abode or residence in the country), in order to discuss the public debate and political activities concerning the reform of the ius soli provisions in the Italian Nationality Law and naturalization patterns in Italy.
