An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must be able to in the following article the use of the mobile application is recommended as a tool that serves public safety because currently crimes of extortion and fraud are committed by making false calls to people's mobile devices. Therefore, the objective of this research is to help families with their welfare and safety and motivate the use of mobile applications. In the present work the situation, task, action, dan result (STAR) methodology was applied to elaborate the present work, this technique will allow improving the difficulties of the people. This methodology is very important because it is used to evaluate the circumstances in which people find themselves, a sequence must be followed to achieve the proposed objectives. The result obtained is an average of 84.5% on the design of the mobile prototype; being approved by the experts. The beneficiaries of the research are citizens through the mobile application.

Any democratic country intends to conduct the elections in a smooth and fair manner such all the citizens of the country participate and elect their leader who can involve himself/herself for the development of the country. Inspite of wide publicity and measures taken for ensuring the participation of all the citizens in the election process, most of the countries are unable achieve 100% voting rate in elections. Among the many reasons for reduction in voting rate, migration of the voters is one of the major reasons for reduction in voting rate. Even though technology and online services have been used in almost all the aspects of day-to-day activities, online features have not been utilized in the process of voting during elections. This paper tries to analyze the performance of the cloud based secured framework by implementing it using PHP and mySQL. Security of the framework is implemented using rivest shamir adleman (RSA), advanced encryption standard (AES) and Blowfish cryptography algorithms.

<p>Due to the extensive use of social media and mobile devices, unbounded and massive data is generated continuously. The need to process this big data is increasing day by day. The traditional data processing algorithms fail to cater to the need of processing data generated by various applications such as digital geo-based advertising, and recommendation systems. There has been a high demand to process continuous spatial fuzzy textual queries over data stream of spatial-textual objects with high density by present locationbased and social network-based service applications. For the spatialkeyword data stream, the performance plays a vital role as the geo information and keyword description matching is needed for every incoming streaming object. The various continuous geo-keyword query processing methods normally lack the support for fuzzy keyword matching when processing the objects from the geo-textual data stream. The edit distancebased approach with the adaptive partitioning tree index for the queries is used for fuzzy string matching and it outperforms than the existing approaches in storage cost and query performance cost.</p>
