Abstract: Objective Long non-coding (lnc) RNAs are critical regulators in carcinogenesis. The novel lncRNA DEPDC1 antisense RNA 1 ( DEPDC1-AS1) was recently associated with poor prognosis in triple-negative breast cancer and lung adenocarcinoma.
