Abstract: Objective: Long non-coding RNA (LncRNA) nuclear-enriched abundant transcript 1 (NEAT1) has been studied in polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), while the regulatory mechanism of NEAT1 on PCOS by regulating microRNA (miR)-324-3p remains extensive exploration.
