Long Range Prediction and the Stratosphere

Abstract: Abstract. Over recent years there have been parallel advances in the development of stratosphere resolving numerical models, our understanding of stratosphere-troposphere interaction and the extension of long-range forecasts to explicitly include the stratosphere.
