Abstract: Key Clinical MessageSarcoidosis‐induced LETM represents a rare but life‐threatening neurological manifestation of sarcoidosis, characterized by spinal cord inflammation, and associated neurological deficits. Sarcoidosis should be included in the differential diagnosis of LETM, particularly in patients with no lung involvement.
