Abstract: Anti-neutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis] (AAV) is an autoimmune disease characterized by systemic vascular inflammation. We present a case of a 76-year-old man who presented with shortness of breath, fatigue, and weakness.
