Losing Weight through Regular Exercise among Overweight/Obesity Women Aged 35-45 years

Abstract: Exercise is a simple and low-cost way to lose weight, but many people have become apprehensive to provide it. This activity aims to shift the community’s lifestyle from sedentary to active by encouraging physical activity through frequent gymnastics.
