Abstract:Introduction: Transurethral resection of bladder tumors (TURBT) is the first-line method and mainstay for endoscopic diagnosis, staging, and treatment of urinary bladder tumours. Hypotonic fluid absorption, electrolyte imbalance from irrigation, haemorrhage, and obturator jerk episodes are just a few of the procedure’s intrinsic risks.
