Low temperature synthesis and characterization of nano‐crystalline Mg(Zr0.05Ti0.95)O3 ceramics

Abstract: Mg(Zr0.05Ti0.95)O3 (MZrT) ceramics nanoparticles have been synthesized by polyol method for the first time. The phase evaluation of the MZrT nanoparticles was confirmed using thermo gravimetric analysis and the phase purity of the samples were analyzed using X‐ray diffraction and Raman spectroscopy. The transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images revealed the average particle size between 30 and 40 nm.
