Lower Extremity Sandblast Injury: A Rarely Seen Injury Mechanism in the Civilian Population

Abstract: Blast injuries are both complex and rare in the civilian population. This combination can often lead to missed opportunities for early, effective intervention. This is a case report of a 31-year-old male who suffered a lower extremity blast injury while using an industrial sandblaster.
