<title>Fiber optic sensor systems for airport ground traffic monitoring</title>

Abstract: This paper describes fiber-optic sensor systems developed for airport ground traffic monitoring and the first steps toward their installation in an experimental surface movement guidance and control system (ESMGCS) at the Braunschweig airport.
