Latar Belakang: Keganasan pada ekstremitas bawah, kulit penis, vulva/vagina, dan anus berisiko mengalami metastasis KGB inguinal. Diseksi KGB inguinal dapat memberikan hasil disease-free and overall survival yang baik. Tujuan: Melihat hasil pasca-operasi diseksi KGB inguinal pada kasus serial. Cara: Diseksi KGB inguinal dilakukan pada kasus melanoma maligna TxN2bM0, melanoma maligna TxN1M0, dan cutaneous apocrine carcinoma et phenoscrotal T3N1M0. Diskusi: Diseksi KGB inguinal pada kasus keganasan bermetastasis dari ekstremitas bawah, kulit penis, vulva/vagina, dan anus, memberikan hasil disease-free and overall survival yang baik, namun dengan komplikasi pasca-operasi berkurangnya kualitas hidup. Introduction: Malignancy in lower extremities, penis skin, vulva/vagina, and anus may spread to inguinal lymph node. Inguinal lymph node dissection can provide good disease-free and overall survival results. Objective: To review postoperative results of inguinal lymph node dissection (ILND) in case series. Method: Inguinal lymph node dissection was done in cases of malignant melanoma TxN2bM0, malignant melanoma TxN1M0, and cutaneous apocrine carcinoma er phenoscrotal T3N1M0. Discussion: ILND can improve disease-free and overall survival results in malignancies cases from lower extremities, skin of the penis, vulva/vagina, and anus with metastases, albeit with postoperative complications that can decrease the quality of life.

The mental foramen is a small hole located in the body of the mandible in the premolar to molar region. There are veins, arteries, and a branch of the inferior nervus alveolaris, the nervus mentalis. The blood vessels and nerves in the mental foramen supply and innervate the lower lip region, gingiva, soft tissues of the chin, and lower teeth. Various factors influence the development of the mental foramen, such as race, age, gender, and ethnicity. Determination of the position of the mental foramen can help in diagnosis, treatment, and some clinical measures related to the mental foramen. This study aims to determine the difference in the position of the mental foramen according to gender and the difference in the position of the right and left mental foramen according to gender in patients at RSGM Unjani. This study was conducted using an analytical method with a cross-sectional approach. The research object was 44 panoramic radiographs taken with a purposive sampling technique. To analyze the difference in the position of the mental foramen according to gender, the study used the Mann-Whitney test, while to analyze the difference in the right and left positions according to gender; we used the Chi-Square test. The results showed no significant difference in the position of the mental foramen towards gender (p>0.05). There was no significant difference in the position of the mental foramen between the left and right on the panoramic radiograph of the patient according to gender (p>0.05). The most common position was in line with the lower second premolar with a percentage of 62.5%, and the position of the mental foramen was symmetrical both left and right with a percentage of 52.3%. It can be concluded that there is no significant difference between the position of the mental foramen and gender on panoramic radiographs of patients aged 20–44 years at RSGM Unjani in 2021.

Aloe Vera plants (Aloe vera) contain minerals including selenium, calcium, magnesium, potassium and several enzymes of sugar, fatty acids, and also growth hormones, namely auxin and gibberellin. This study was conducted to determine the extra effect of Aloe vera on the growth of peanut plants. The study was conducted by providing treatment in the form of watering peanut plants with Aloe vera solution exta at several different concentrations and controls as a reference. The treatment was carried out for 14 days and observation of the growth of green bean plants was carried out every 3 days. The data obtained were tested using One-Way ANOVA, Then analyzed descriptively. The results showed that peanut plants had significantly different growth in the 10% gel concentration treatment which resulted in the highest plant height, while the number of leaves, leaf area, and stem diameter did not have a significant effect.
