Abstract:Background: Chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) is the most common form of leukemia in the world. CLL involves the abnormal activation of Wingless-type (Wnt) signaling pathway. Lymphoid enhancer-binding factor 1 (LEF1) is a member of the LEF1/T-cell factor (TCF) family of transcription factors.
