Abstract:Introduction. Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is one of molecular subtypes breast cancer, about 10 to 20 percent of women with a breast cancer diagnosis have the triple-negative subtype, tumor doesn't have receptors for the estrogen, progesterone hormones, and doesn't express the protein HER2/neu, doesn't respond to the hormonal therapies and the Herceptin.
