Lysosomal signaling molecules regulate longevity in Caenorhabditis elegans

Abstract: Lysosomes are crucial cellular organelles for human health that function in digestion and recycling of extracellular and intracellular macromolecules. We describe a signaling role for lysosomes that affects aging.
