Abstract:Bone metastasis alone without involvement of bone marrow is rarely seen in primary breast lymphoma (PBL). It has a poor prognosis. A 64-years old woman was diagnosed as high-grade PBL T type. The patient received 6 sessions of chemotherapy with a diagnosis of stage IIAE PBL.
