Machine learning algorithm of ultrasound-mediated intestinal function recovery and nursing efficacy analysis of lower gastrointestinal malignant tumor after surgery

Abstract: Objectives: In this paper, machine learning algorithms was used to explore the application value of ultrasound contrast in the early evaluation of neoadjuvant chemotherapy in patients with gastrointestinal malignant liver metastases, and analyzes the effect of sports nursing methods on intestinal function recovery. Methods: Forty-seven patients with gastrointestinal malignancies were divided into 25 patients (combined chemotherapy group) and 22 cases (chemotherapy group) from April 2018 to April 2019. Tw… Show more

“… 6 With the development of imaging techniques, CEUS and MRI have been widely used for diagnosing various tumoral diseases. 7 , 8 Many studies on the early diagnosis of HLN, LNTB, MLN and other diseases using CEUS exist, but few researchers have assessed the diagnostic values of MRI or CEUS combined with MRI for the same pathologies. Therefore, we reviewed the clinical data of 45 patients with HLN, 50 with LNTB, and 55 with MLN who underwent CEUS combined with MRI examinations in our hospital to assess the diagnostic value of the combined approach in differentiating cervical LN diseases.…”

“… 1 Radical resection is the first treatment choice, but it renders patients prone to anemia due to massive bleeding, malnutrition and other factors. Intraoperative blood transfusions help prevent postoperative anemia, 2 and suspended red blood cells (SRBC) intraoperative infusions are usually preferred to treat blood losses during surgery. Studies have shown that the SRBC storage duration may affect the function and morphology of its cells, altering the oxygen carrying capacity of erythrocytes.…”
