MACROPHYLLA/ROTUNDIFOLIA3 gene of Arabidopsis controls leaf index during leaf development

Abstract: In plants, heteroblasty reflects the morphological adaptation during leaf development according to the external environmental condition and affects the final shape and size of organ.
