Magneto-Volume Effects in the Weak Itinerant Ferromagnets on the Basis of Solid Solutions of Fe1−yMnySi and Fe1−xCoxSi

Abstract

Peculiarities of formation of temperature‐induced local magnetic moments and their influence on magneto‐volume effects in weak itinerant magnets of Fe1−yMnySi and Fe1−xCoxSi are studied. The obtained results of the measurementof magnetic susceptibility and thermal coefficients of linear expansion are discussed in the framework of spin‐fluctuation theory.
