Maize cob losses and their effects on the poverty status of maize farmers in Edo state, Nigeria

Abstract: This study analysed fresh maize cob losses and its effect on the poverty status of maize farmers in Edo State, Nigeria. “…Still, the farm size, on-farm work hours, age, hours, leisure, farm assets' current value, and crop income reduced off-farm diversification, while the cooperative membership effect was not emphasized as would be addressed by this study.
