Male urinary incontinence

Abstract: Urinary incontinence is a common ailment in men. Treatment, although readily available, is often overlooked. An understanding of the anatomy and physiology of the continence mechanism aids in proper diagnostic evaluation. Determination of the cause involves a complete history and physical examination, urodynamic studies, and radiologic tests. Treatment of incontinence is based on the specific cause.
