Abstract:Galen aneurysmal malformation is a rare complex congenital vascular malformation of the brain, (less than 1% of intracranial arteriovenous malformations) characterized by pseudoaneurismal dilation of Galen's ampulla associated with one or several arteriovenous fistulas.
