Abstract:INTRODUCTION:
A pedunculated lipoma is a benign fat tissue tumor conventionally treated by surgical excision. This condition can be correlated with Medoja Granthi. Ksharasutra ligation is an effective minimal invasive parasurgical procedure suggested for its management in Ayurveda.
