Management of persistent sinus tachycardia during post-acute rehabilitation in a critical patient with COVID-19: a single-case study

Abstract: Background Sinus tachycardia is a common arrhythmia in patients with COVID-19, and may pose challenges during rehabilitation. Case description This is a case report of a 39-year-old critically ill patient with COVID-19 with no premorbid conditions, who presented with intensive care unit-acquired weakness and persistent sinus tachycardia after their stay in an intensive care unit.
