Abstract: Pheochromocytomas and paragangliomas (PPGLs) are rare catecholamine-producing tumors that express somatostatin receptors (SSTR) that can be treated with lutetium-177 DOTATATE (Lu-177-TRT); however, treatment can be associated with life-threatening cardiovascular events.
