Managing pre-eclampsia 2: charting patient records

Abstract: The audit of the regional guidelines for pre-eclampsia by the Yorkshire Obstetric Critical Care Group (YOCCG) regional link midwifery network in Yorkshire highlighted the need for a better mechanism for recording care in these high risk cases.
