Manejo laparoscópico de un quiste hepático gigante

Abstract: Se presenta el caso de una paciente femenina de 65 años, previamente conocida sana, con un cuadro de dolor abdominal persistente en quien se diagnostica por medio de ultrasonido un quiste hepático simple gigante, el cual se abordó por vía laparoscópica.
