“…Therefore, placing customary forest as part of state forest is a disregard for the rights of customary law communities, since the existence of customary forest in the customary land area of a customary law community is recognized and protected in Article 18B paragraph (2) and Article 28I paragraph ( 3) UUD NRI 1945 (Solekhan, 2014) The clarity of village status in Law No. 6/2014 has significantly changed the dynamics of the Indonesian state administration (Slamet et al, 2020).
