Abstract:The review discusses the pathogenetic mechanisms of primary osteoarthritis (OA) formation. The recommendations of the Association of Rheumatologists of Russia on the main principles of rehabilitation for OA are presented, including drug and non-drug methods of pain syndrome correction, improvement of motor activity and quality of life of patients.
