Abstract: In a scenario where there is an increased incidence of oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) in younger age groups, the diagnosis of pseudo-malignant lesions that mimic the histopathology of a moderate or even high-grade carcinoma becomes imperative for oral pathologists.
