Massive left lobe primary hepatolithiasis with extremely high CA 19.9

Abstract: Hepatolithiasis (HL) or intrahepatic calculi is an uncommon condition in Western countries, with a prevalence under 1%. It is much more frequent in East Asia, reaching 20% in China and Taiwan, up to 50% of which show associated cholelithiasis [1].
