Abstract: Bladder paraganglioma is a rare neuroendocrine neoplasm, either functional or non-functional, arising from the urinary bladder. Functional variants present with catecholamine-related symptoms, while non-functional variants pose diagnostic challenges, mimicking urothelial carcinoma.
