Maternal mortality ratio in selected rural communities in Kebbi State, Northwest Nigeria

Abstract: BackgroundMaternal mortality remains a topical issue in Nigeria. Dearth of data on vital events posed a huge challenge to policy formulation and design of interventions to address the scourge.
