Maternal Plasma RNA in First Trimester Nullipara for the Prediction of Spontaneous Preterm Birth ≤ 32 Weeks: Validation Study

Abstract: The first-trimester prediction of spontaneous preterm birth (sPTB) has been elusive, and current screening is heavily dependent on obstetric history.
