Mathematical methods for evaluating the performance of microcontrollers for automation of production in mechanical engineering

Abstract: This paper examines the influence of microprocessor technology on the current situation in the machine-building industry, and also provides evidence of the high efficiency of the use of microcontrollers (MSU) in mechanical engineering. A comparative analysis of existing microcontroller families on the market is carried out, where the distinctive features of each family and their applicability in the modern realities of mechanical engineering are presented.
