Mathematical Modeling of Static Elastography

Abstract: A model of deformation of an inhomogeneity in terms of static ultrasound elastography is described. The influence of the parameters of the inhomogeneity and the static pressure on the deformation process was investigated, and the possibility to quantify shear modulus values of the elastic inhomogeneity is justified.
