Abstract: INTRODUCTION: Uterine rupture is a catastrophic obstetrical event with high rates of maternal and fetal morbidity and mortality. Uterine rupture occurs most commonly in patients with prior uterine scars, especially those undergoing a trial of labor after cesarean section.
