The services provided in the smart library stage include not only simple applications such as network creation and computing cloud, but also all-round immersive services through user behavior perception, scene combination, and space-time breakthrough. At the same time, there are also some problems in the existing intelligent library service and management research. This paper puts forward a solution for the intelligent library service and IoT-based management and takes into account the suggestions of atlas users. It is expected that it will provide new ideas and methods for the research in this field. The experimental results show that our smart library framework has higher library management efficiency, improves readers’ borrowing rate, and reduces the cost of library daily maintenance.

The cloud system structure is limited by sensor data processing to handle real-time constancy and mobility. To solve such a problem, this paper proposes a system structure based on edge cloud computing and human perception of data in the ring and explores its application in big data analysis. Specifically, a three-layer data flow computing structure composed of a wireless network, edge cloud system, and central cloud system is constructed. In terms of data flow structure, a mobile service structure supporting real-time operation and mobility is proposed. Based on such a structure, an edge cloud data awareness structure is further proposed. Moreover, a flexible storage structure that can be used to support different types of applications is designed to optimize the sensor system and improve the reliability of data storage. The experimental results show that the system structure based on edge cloud terms reduces the server failure rate and total utilization due to the capacity of VMs. Besides, its performance is much better than the existing structure in terms of maintenance and data processing time. Finally, the result of the edge of the cloud computing solution can save 19% on time than the original scheme.

In the process of promoting school aesthetic education, some schools have some problems, such as insufficient construction of campus aesthetic education environment, lack of aesthetic thinking in various disciplines, and so on. In view of these problems, combined with the concept of the flipped classroom and the characteristics of artificial intelligence task-driven teaching, taking PHP, HTML + CSS + JS, and other development technologies as the main development technologies, and relying on the flipped classroom teaching mode of network learning space, this paper constructs an artificial intelligence core course website as a teaching platform for graduate teaching and undergraduate extended learning. The platform seeks the optimal solution of multiple combination optimization based on a genetic algorithm effectively improves the teaching quality of artificial intelligence courses and students’ learning efficiency.
