Abstract:Medulloblastoma (MB) is an embryonal-derived lesion arising in the cerebellum, contributing to 20% of childhood brain tumours and 63% of intracranial embryonal tumours. Currently, standard of care includes surgical resection and chemotherapy, used in conjunction with radiation.
