Abstract: Dysregulated actin cytoskeleton gives rise to aberrant cell motility and metastatic spread of tumor cells. This study evaluates the effect of overexpression of wild-type vs functional mutants of MRTF-A on migration and invasion of breast cancer (BC) cells.
