Measuring Electronic Service Quality in Online Apparel Retailers

Abstract: Bu çalışmada online kıyafet siteleri için elektronik hizmet kalitesi modeli oluşturulması amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmadaki bulgular 313 adet Gazi Üniversitesinde İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesinde öğrenim gören öğrencilere yapılan anket sonucuna göre edinilmiştir.
